Robert C Butler, III, a native Tulsan, has practiced law in Tulsa since 2000. His practice focuses on estate planning, corporate transactional and real estate matters, including Wills, Trusts, power of attorney, probate, title, LLC’s and all forms of business entities, foundations, charitable entities, estate administration and Trust administration. He has represented a broad base of clients ranging from small estates to large fortune 500 companies in all aspects of estate planning and corporate transactional maters.

Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in all districts in Oklahoma, a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations as well as the Eastern District Federal Court. He is also a member of the US Tax Court. He has tried both domestic, civil and probate cases in Oklahoma and Missouri.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Butler also owns and runs Titan Title & Closing, LLC, a full service title and escrow company with offices in both Oklahoma and Missouri. In his role with Titan Title & Closing, LLC, he is a member of the American Land Title Association, the Oklahoma Land Title Association, RPAC and many other real estate related organizations.

Mr. Butler’s goal is to provide boutique level legal service to each and every client, big or small; To engage the client and create a truly customized and comprehensive estate plan based on the clients needs, desires and circumstances with the understanding that once the plan is in place, they become clients for life, with the plan evolving as their families, companies and circumstances grow and change.

At R. Butler Law, we are committed to fully understanding the client, their circumstances and their needs. If drafting an estate plan, the client will first complete the estate planning questionnaire.
